I DO THIS THROUGH MASSAGE, HEAD TO TOE. NO INTIMATE AREAS. THE SESSION LAST AS LONG AS IT TAKES TO RELIEVE STRESS, TENTION, INFLAMATTION, AND ALL OTHER ISSUES YOUR BODY MAY BE FEELING. THE SESSONS TAKE FROM 1.5 TO 3.5 HRS DEPENDING ON SEVERITY OF CONDITION OF BODY. ONCE THE SESSION IS COMPLETE, BASIL & GINGER TEA WILL BE SERVED. IF ON THE FOLLOWING DAY YOU FEEL REJUVIATED, REFRESHED, FILLED WITH ENERGY, WERE ABLE TO FLUSH NATURALY WITH NO ISSUE THEN DONATE TO MY CAUSE!
